Nomikos in Vlychada was turned into a modern Industrial Museum to offer its visitors a look back at the past, following the course of cultivation, processing and production of tomato, one of the most famous and traditional products of Santorini. Museum exhibits include editing machines from 1890, old handwritten books from the factory, old tools, the first labels, and audiovisual material with recorded narratives of people who worked in the factory.
